CarBay is operated by Ayush Enterprises, a business registered in India. We provide a hosted website for your dealership, inventory management, lead capture, search-engine optimisation and Google Business Profile management, on a subscription basis. These terms form an agreement between you and Ayush Enterprises.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the content you publish, including vehicle details, prices, photographs and claims about the vehicles you sell.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it on the website we operate for you. You confirm you have the right to use the photographs and material you upload.
Where you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorise us to read profile data and to publish replies and posts according to the settings you configure. You remain the owner of the profile and can revoke our access at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of published content, and replies must comply with Google's content policies.
Subscription fees are billed per the plan shown at signup. Custom domains are purchased and renewed by you and remain your property. Non-payment may result in the website being suspended.
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other dealers' data.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation we stop billing and, on request, delete your data and any Google data we hold on your behalf.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not responsible for lost sales, lost rankings or indirect losses.
